Student Session (English/Japanese-mixed session) / 学生セッション（日本語・英語-混在セッション）

本セッションでは、英語・日本語の発表言語にこだわることなく、幅広い学生に研究内容を紹介していただき議論を深めていただければ幸いです。

This session aims to provide many students with chance to introduce their research contents and to have deep discussion with audience regardless of speaking language English / Japanese.

内容 / Detail

ポスター発表およびショットガン発表の詳細は、後日掲載いたします。ポスター、ショットガン発表資料、論文に関しては、日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。

The guidelines in the poster and shotgun presentations will be announced later. Papers, as well as poster and shotgun presentations, can be prepared in either English or Japanese.

講演申込み / Application

一般講演と同様にEasy Chairより投稿をお願いします。初めてご利用される方は新規にアカウントを作成して下さい。カテゴリーを選択される際は必ず「Student Session」を選択して下さい。A4サイズで2～4ページの論文（2ページ程度が基準）をご準備いただき、JSST Proceedingsとしてご投稿ください。Springer CCISへは投稿できませんのでご注意ください。以下のテンプレートに従い、PDFファイルでご投稿ください。日本語の論文の場合は、PDFファイルにフォントを埋め込むようにお願いします。

Please submit your paper via EasyChair in the same way as regular sessions. Manuscripts accept from 2 pages to 4 pages (standard: 2 pages) of an A4-sized PDF file with the following Paper Format Templates. If you prepare your paper in Japanese, please embed fonts in the PDF file.

日時：9/19 15:15(ショットガン発表終了後) – 17:45 (日本時間)
場所： Lecture Hall前のスペース
幅 96.7 cm、高さ 180 cmのポスターボードを用意しています。ポスターボードに収まるサイズのポスターをご準備ください。A0サイズ(84 cm × 119 cm)が適当です。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。発表時間は約2時間30分です。
ポスターは当日の朝9:00から14:00の間に設置してください。ポスター発表終了後、当日17:50までには取り外してください。（18:00以降に残されているポスターは撤去いたします。）

Location: The space in front of the room “Lecture Hall”
The size of the poster panel is 96.7 cm width x 180 cm height. Please prepare your poster within the panel size. A0 format (84 cm x 119 cm) is suitable to the poster panel. The poster can be prepared in either English or Japanese. The time of poster presentation is about 2.5 hours.
Please mount the poster from 9/19 9:00 to 14:00. After the poster session, please remove it by 9/19 17:50. (The posters will be disposed of after 18:00.)

ショットガンセッション / Shotgun Presentation (9/5更新)

日時：9/19 14:15-15:00 (日本時間)
場所：Lecture Hall
ポスター発表の前に、ショットガンセッションを行います。発表者の方は14:05までに会場にお集まりください。ポスターを宣伝するために1枚のスライドでプレゼンテーションを行います。発表時間は１分間です。セッション時にはレーザーポインタを準備しています。スライドはPDF形式、4:3のアスペクト比でご準備ください。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。ただし、日本語でスライドを作成する際には、タイトルと著者名を英語でも記載してください。

9/5 9/6 17:00 (日本時間) (金)までに、ショットガンセッション用の発表ファイルを以下のアドレスまでメールでお送りください。メールのタイトルは、「Preposter for Student Session JSST2024」としてください。

Additionally, there will be ‘shotgun’ presentation. If you are presenter, please come to the session room by 14:05. Those presenting a poster will deliver a presentation with single slide to promote their poster. This will take 1 minute per poster. In shotgun presentation, a laser pointer is prepared in the session room. The slide should be in PDF format and regular 4:3 aspect ratio. The presentation can be prepared in either English or Japanese. Please write the title and authors name in English and Japanese if you make prepresentation in Japanese.

Please send the presentation file for shotgun presentation to the following address by the e-mail by Sep. 5, Sep. 6 17:00 Japan time (UTC +9). The title of the e-mail must be “Preposter for Student Session JSST2024″.

All copyrights of the submitted manuscript to Student Session, including rights for publishing in any media, are transferred to the JSST.
However, the authors retain the following rights:
1. All proprietary rights other than copyrights
2. Re-use all or part of the above manuscript in their work.
3. Reproduction of the submitted manuscript for author’s personal use or for company/institution use provided that
(a) the permission of the JSST is obtained prior to reproduction,
(b) the source and JSST copyright notice are indicated, and
(c) the copies are not offered for sale.
4. The consent of the author (or one of the authors) be sought as a condition in granting republication permission to others.
