Guide for Paper Submission
Paper submission for all symposiums, regular sessions, and organized sessions in JSST2024 & AsiaSim2024 will be made through the online submission system “EasyChair”. Manuscript should be prepared in PDF format. Please refer to “Important Dates” for submission deadlines.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
For JSST Proceedings:
All copyrights of the accepted manuscript as JSST proceedings, including rights for publishing in any media, are transferred to the JSST.
However, the authors retain the following rights:
1. All proprietary rights other than copyrights
2. Re-use of all or part of the above manuscript in their work.
3. Reproduction of the submitted manuscript for author’s personal use or for company/institution use provided that
(a) the permission of the JSST is obtained prior to reproduction,
(b) the source and JSST copyright notice are indicated, and
(c) the copies are not offered for sale.
4. The consent of the author (or one of the authors) be sought as a condition in granting republication permission to others.
For Springer CCIS:
In manuscripts submitted to Springer CCIS, agreements between authors and Springer, pertaining to the transfer of copyright, will be established by submitting a signed agreement form after acceptance.
Manuscript Format
Full Paper (Springer CCIS)
Manuscripts should be about from 12 to 15 pages in A4 size. Please use the following “Paper Format Template” to prepare your manuscript and submit it in PDF format.
Short Paper (JSST proceedings)
Manuscripts should be approximately 4 pages in A4 size. Manuscripts must be at least 2 pages in length. There is no limit on the number of pages, but about 4 pages is recommended. Please use the following “Paper Format Template” to prepare your manuscript and submit it in PDF format..

Special Issues
Authors of selected papers submitted to JSST proceedings will be invited to submit the extended version of paper in the special issues of Journal of Advanced Simulation in Science and Engineering (JASSE).
