本セッションでは、英語・日本語の発表言語にこだわることなく、幅広い学生に研究内容を紹介していただき議論を深めていただければ幸いです。
This session aims to provide many students with chance to introduce their research contents and to have deep discussion with audience regardless of speaking language English / Japanese.

内容 / Detail
ポスター発表およびショットガン発表の詳細は、後日掲載いたします。ポスター、ショットガン発表資料、論文に関しては、日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。
The guidelines in the poster and shotgun presentations will be announced later. Papers, as well as poster and shotgun presentations, can be prepared in either English or Japanese.
講演申込み / Application
一般講演と同様にEasy Chairより投稿をお願いします。初めてご利用される方は新規にアカウントを作成して下さい。カテゴリーを選択される際は必ず「Student Session」を選択して下さい。A4サイズで2～4ページの論文（2ページ程度が基準）をご準備いただき、下記論文投稿ページよりご投稿ください。以下のテンプレートに従い、PDFファイルでご投稿ください。日本語の論文の場合は、PDFファイルにフォントを埋め込むようにお願いします。原則的に1人につき1件の発表をお願いしております。2件発表をご希望の方はJSST2025事務局までご連絡ください。
Please submit your paper via EasyChair in the same way as regular sessions. Manuscripts accept from 2 pages to 4 pages (standard: 2 pages) of an A4-sized PDF file with the following Paper Format Templates. If you prepare your paper in Japanese, please embed fonts in the PDF file. One registration generally allows for the submission of one paper; if you wish to submit two papers, please contact the committee in advance.

ポスター / Poster Presentation (8/19 update)
日時：9/2 15:20(ショットガン発表、コーヒーブレイク終了後) – 17:20 (日本時間)
場所： コーヒーブレイク会場（２階）
幅 90 cm、高さ 210 cmのポスターボードを用意しています。ポスターボードに収まるサイズのポスターをご準備ください。A0サイズ(84 cm × 119 cm)が適当です。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。発表時間は2時間です。
ポスターは当日13:30から13:50の間に掲示してください（もう少し早く掲示できる可能性もあります）。掲示用のピンを用意いたします。ポスター発表終了後、直ちに取り外してください。（18:00以降に残されているポスターは撤去いたします。）

Location: The coffee break room (2nd floor)
The size of the poster panel is 90 cm width x 210 cm height. Please prepare your poster within the panel size. A0 format (84 cm x 119 cm) would be suitable. The poster can be prepared in either English or Japanese. The duration of poster presentation is 2 hours.
Please display the poster during 9/2 13:30~13:50 (it may be displayed earlier, depending on the preparation of boards). Pins will be prepared. After the poster session, please remove it immediately. (The remaining posters will be disposed after 18:00.)
ショットガンセッション / Shotgun Presentation (8/19 update)
日時：9/2 14:00-14:50 (日本時間)
場所：Room A
ポスター発表の前に、ショットガンセッションを行います。発表者の方は13:50までに会場にお集まりください。ポスターを宣伝するために1枚のスライドでプレゼンテーションを行います。発表時間は１分間です。セッション時にはレーザーポインタを準備しています。スライドはPDF形式、4:3のアスペクト比でご準備ください。日本語・英語どちらでご準備いただいても結構です。ただし、日本語でスライドを作成する際には、タイトルと著者名を英語でも記載してください。
8/28(木) 17:00 (日本時間)までに、ショットガンセッション用の発表ファイルを以下のアドレスまでメールでお送りください。メールのタイトルは、「Preposter for Student Session JSST2025」、ファイル名は、ポスター番号.pdf (ex. P01.pdf)としてください。

Additionally, there will be ‘shotgun’ presentation. If you are a presenter, please come to the Room A by 13:50. Those presenting a poster will deliver a presentation with single slide to promote their poster. This will take 1 minute per poster. In shotgun presentation, a laser pointer is prepared. The slide should be in PDF format and regular 4:3 aspect ratio. The presentation can be prepared in either English or Japanese. Please write the title and authors name in English and Japanese if you make a prepresentation in Japanese.
Please send the presentation file for shotgun presentation to the following address by the e-mail by Aug. 28 (Thu.) 17:00 Japan time (UTC +9). The title of the e-mail must be “Preposter for Student Session JSST2025″ and file name must be your poster number (ex. P01.pdf).

All copyrights of the submitted manuscript to Student Session, including rights for publishing in any media, are transferred to the JSST.
However, the authors retain the following rights:
1. All proprietary rights other than copyrights
2. Re-use all or part of the above manuscript in their work.
3. Reproduction of the submitted manuscript for author’s personal use or for company/institution use provided that
(a) the permission of the JSST is obtained prior to reproduction,
(b) the source and JSST copyright notice are indicated, and
(c) the copies are not offered for sale.
4. The consent of the author (or one of the authors) be sought as a condition in granting republication permission to others.
