Certificate of Participation
To request a certificate of participation, please contact the JSST 2025 committee (committee2025@jsst-conf.jp) with your affiliation, name, presentation number, and e-mail address. After confirming your participation on the day of the conference, we will send you the certificate by e-mail later.
Presentations in Organized/Regular Sessions and Symposiums
- All presentations must be explained in English.
- It is highly recommended for presenters to show up in the session room about 10 minutes before the session starts. They had better test the connection of their device with the projector in the session room.
- The duration is scheduled for
6050 minutes for Plenary, 30 minutes for Invited, 20 minutes for the other talks in Symposium and Regular/Organized Sessions. The duration includes the time for presentation and discussions. - Only HDMI connection is available in all the session rooms.
- Laser pointer will be prepared in all the session rooms.
