Conference registration can be canceled anytime before the early registration deadline by emailing us for a full refund.
No cancellations will be accepted after the early registration deadline has passed.
Cancellation policy in the events of natural disasters/calamities
JSST2025 Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of any Natural Disasters/Calamities/Terrorism Activity. For the case where JSST2025 Committee decides to cancel the conference, you will be notified immediately on this website. For this case, the presentations at JSST2025 are considered to be established by the online publication of the conference proceeding.
